Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from Creativeworks Consulting LLC, doing business as "Budgetry" ("Budgetry," "we," "us"), at budgetry.tech (the "Site"). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The products

We sell downloadable digital spreadsheet products, including the Freelancer Money Kit and the Invoice & Client Pack (each, a "Product"), delivered as spreadsheet files (.xlsx). Products are delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped.

2. Delivery & download link

  • After a successful payment, we email a unique download link to the address you provide at checkout, and the link is also shown on the confirmation page.
  • The download link is valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase. Within that window you may download the Product.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download and save your file within the 48-hour window. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email.
  • If your link expires or fails through no fault of your own (for example, a delivery error on our side), contact us at support@budgetry.tech and we will help, at our discretion, by issuing a new link.

3. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

This is the most important part of these Terms. The Products are spreadsheet tools, templates, and calculators provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice, and Budgetry is not a certified public accountant (CPA), tax preparer, enrolled agent, financial advisor, or law firm, and no professional-client relationship is created by your purchase or use.

Any tax figures, set-aside amounts, or other calculations are estimates and approximations based on the information and rates you enter and on simplified, general assumptions. They may not reflect your actual tax liability or financial position, and tax laws change and vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your own financial and tax decisions, records, and filings. Always consult a qualified professional (such as a CPA, tax advisor, or attorney) before relying on any output from a Product.

4. All sales are final — no refunds

All sales are final. Because each Product is a digital item delivered immediately and accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. By buying, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and that you waive any right to a refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, by completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the download becomes available.

5. License & permitted use

  • Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or internal business use.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publicly post, or reproduce the Product or any substantial part of it, and you may not remove any copyright or branding.
  • We retain all intellectual-property rights in the Products. Unauthorized use terminates this license.

6. Pricing & payment

  • Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already completed.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at support@budgetry.tech. Initiating a chargeback for a Product you have received and downloaded may be treated as a breach of these Terms, and we maintain access records that document delivery and download.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Each Product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products are error-free or that any result or outcome will be achieved. Your use of the Products is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budgetry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, taxes, penalties, or interest, arising from or related to the Products or the Site — including any reliance on estimates or calculations. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and purchases made after a change are subject to the then-current Terms.
